What do you do in summer when the weather's very hot?

Answer: On scorching summer days, my strategy is to stay indoors during the noon hours. The sun's intense heat can be quite unforgiving, leading to profuse perspiration if one ventures out into its direct rays. However, as the evening approaches and the weather becomes milder, I venture outside. I particularly relish activities like swimming in a pool, leisurely strolls in parks or by a river, and savoring ice cream or seasonal fruits to beat the summer heat. Staying well-hydrated is also a priority, so I make a point of drinking plenty of water.

Do you go on holiday every summer? [Why/Why not?]
Answer: Indeed, our summer holidays have become a cherished tradition. Given the extended summer break, we habitually plan a getaway to make the most of the time away from our usual routines. This practice has been ongoing for more than seven consecutive years. During the previous summer, we opted for a delightful vacation in a town nestled near a sizable river and surrounded by picturesque hills.

Did you enjoy the summer holidays when you were at school? [Why/Why not?]

Answer: The summer holidays from my school days hold a special place in my heart. These were some of the most delightful days of my life. My parents would whisk me away to various destinations, typically in close proximity to a seaside, lake, hill, or river, during these vacations. This allowed me to partake in an array of enjoyable activities. The sheer joy of not having to attend school and the opportunity to explore new places and engage in various adventures made summer vacations during my school years exceptionally enjoyable.
