In today's world, everyone strives to be rich and wealthy. But as the old adage goes health is wealth so if we talk about the significance of healthy lifestyle, I think it tops all the lists of priorities. Basically, it helps to create a work life balance, which is imperative for us to perform on optimum levels.

Talk about your favourite routine or favourite sport ?

While talking about my routine, I am I am actually an early bird Iris I wake up around 5 o'clock in the morning and my day starts with a hot steaming cup of black coffee and I straightaway hit the gym or the park to work out in fact on the weekdays, since I have a chock block schedule I practice yoga and meditation at home or in the neighbourhood park because it is a quick way to energise your body and mind and give a kickstart to the day but on the weekends as I have a lot more time at hand I usually go for a long run or take my bike for a spin so yeah, so it actually differs on weekdays and weekends but I am definitely a very active person.

Share your opinion on junk food and its effects?

Well, I think when it comes to fast food, it is one of the most popular choices amongst a largest segment of people, especially teenagers and middle aged people. There is the underlying reason which is very vital that it saves them a lot of time and energy to prepare food at home And consume fast food. Having said that in my opinion, one must consume the fast food options in moderation because of the simple fact that they are very high in calories, fat content and oil. This kind of food when consumed in in very frequent time it can lead to many health disorders like obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes and other related disorders ultimately, excess of fast food consumption is definitely detrimental for human health. Apart from that I would also like to throw some light on the expenses and the burden. It causes on the financial health of an individual fast food can definitely be addictive and it's very very expensive. If you talk about the well renowned food chains like McDonald's, KFC and Pizza Hut so overall in terms of financial health and physical health. If the fast food is consumed in an excessive manner, it is bad, but if it is consumed in moderation, so it's not really that bad a thing.
